This is not me. This is not how I want to eat? So why am I doing it? My meds may have gotten me here, but this isn't helping me get to where I was, where I prefer to be. So embarrassing or not, now I'm posting everything. My weight is be refereed by my mom via Stickk. Soon I will add working out which I will have my sister referee.
Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Milk. Coffee. I sense a trend...
Snack: String cheese and apple
Lunch: Turkey sandwich. V8. Snap peas and carrots with Hummus.
Snack: 100 Calorie Pack of Pecan Sandies. They're like cookie chips! Oh...and coffee.
Dinner: Stir fried snow peas, rice...and Japanese pickles. It was sticky rice because I used the leftovers to make rice balls with takuan pickle and umiboshi. Tim ate most of the rice balls...but I had one as a late night snack. Carbo-liscious.
Dessert: Last piece of peppermint cake. Thank God. That was left over from the "buy one get one free" Pepperidge Farm cakes I bought during my last period.
No cocktail...but I did try one of my "True Lemon" packets in water. I'm really happy with them. I ordered the free samples from the website: http://truelemon.com/

I had a crazy day, so I sort of let that get the best of me in terms of food. I really have to get over this "it's all a waste if I screw up" mentality. It's going to be hard to get through the rest of the week because of that. But I am very proud of how I've done so far.EDIT:
Argh. I forgot that I had a bite of Lisa's peanut butter cake thingie

Lunch: Grilled cheese on wheat with onion and 1/2 bag of Cheddar Sun Chips
Snack: Finished off Sun Chips
Dinner: Chicken thigh, stuffing and corn and peas. One helping each! Whoo!
After Dinner: Tea and a piece of peppermint cake.
I was kind of hungry without real snacks. Jose' was nice enough to make my grilled cheese light on the butter...and grilled the onions. Mmmm...tasty grilled onions.
I think I might have snacked on something while making dinner...but I don't remember what.

Snack: Peanut butter sandwich. (Not much time to make stuff in the morning...)
Late Afternoon: Hummus and carrots.
Dinner: Pasta with tomato sauce and sauteed green peppers. Again...t'was tasty so had seconds.
After Dinner: Waaay more rainbow sherbert than I should have had. But the dry mouth with the Effexor is driving me crazy.
Cocktail: Diet Sprite with a splash of Campari.
I could have cut the seconds of pasta. And I needed more fruits and veggies in the day...but all in all it wasn't bad. I need to pick up some popcicles so I won't waste good sherbert on problems with dry mouth.
Coffee and Water (T'was hungover.)

Mom's chicken and catfish was baked. I think the chicken was leftover from her church luncheon...but she baked a WHOLE catfish. It was nummy.
She also doesn't put much goop in her mashies...but they were GOOD so I had double helpings. I polished off the broccoli too. I'd rather eat more if my Momey is making it...because it makes her happy...me happy...and Rerun gets to lick the plate.
